pauline;s mum saw me.
and told me
"you have grow thinner.."
yeah. indeed i have lost weight. 2 KG !!!!
now i have gone back to 43kg.
shucks. i think because of the stress i had for past few weeks
plus i was darn sick for the past one week
imagine eating porridge everyday
how can get more calories and carbo and fats and ...
oo..gone kinda far.
